All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless the items are defective or damaged. To return a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days. The customer is responsible for return fees. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product, or refund the original method of payment. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we will file a claim and get you a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE THAT – if you are receiving a refund for any reason your shipping fees are non refundable. Once your order has been processed and shipped it can’t be cancelled and/or returned.
Will I receive a full refund for an item that was shipped back to the seller?
If a correction is made before I ship oy the item that is great. If I ship the item and you notify me once the package is in transit, it will need to be sent back to me. Once I receive it and you would like me to ship it back to you than you are responsible for any shipping fees. If you no longer wish to receive your item and you wish to get a refund you will receive one minus any fees associated with the return and shipping fees are non refundable. If you received free shipping than shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Return fees vary based on package size and destination. A refund can’t be issued until I receive the item. This can take a few weeks.

Depending on when you placed your order delivery times vary. Please take into consideration that long weekends and holidays may extend these time frames.
